Terms of services

By accessing or using the services provided by Yourpsychicfriend.com or Mare Knight ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Services services include, but are not limited to, psychic readings, tarot card readings, astrological consultations, energy healing, and spiritual coaching (collectively, the "Services"). These Services are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not intended to replace professional advice or services in fields such as medical, legal, financial, or mental health.

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of purchase, or have your parent's expressed permission, to use my Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Service will be denied to anyone under the age of 18.

4.1 Payment: All fees for our Services are clearly outlined on this website (or through the third-party website where services are offered) or communicated prior to booking. Payment must be made in full before the Service is provided.

4.2 Refunds: Refunds are only offered through the third-party website or method from which the payment is received. Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical errors or at the sole discretion of the Company. Customers who request refunds may be denied future services

4.3 Discounts: Discounts are offered at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to change at any time.  Discounts may apply only to specific third-party platforms and may not be applied after purchase. Please contact me with questions before purchasing to confirm a discount.

4.4 Free Follow-up: On most platforms where I provide services, I offer a FREE follow-up question following your session. Unless otherwise stated during your reading, your follow-up question must be submitted within 72 hours of the reading using the same platform where the service was provided.

5.1 Services: Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided during our sessions. The client is solely responsible for the decisions that they make. The use of our Services is at your own risk. Please take advantage of your free follow-up session (if offered) before rating services or requesting a refund.

5.2 Transfer of Services: Services purchased may only be transferred to a third party if the person is eligible for services under the terms of service and if prior authorization is obtained from Marie Knight. Purchase of services by one person given to another is not guaranteed. Contact Marie Knight if you are considering a purchase for a friend or family member.

5.3 Products: Products are warrantied for 30 days or the amount of time imposed by third-party platforms (Esty, Fiverr, Patreon, etc.) that they were purchased from. If you experience an issue with a product contact Marie for directions on how to replace your item(s). (See above for information on refunds).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yourpsychicfriend.com or Marie Knight shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or Products..

7.1 Personal Data: I respect your privacy and strive to protect your personal information. However, I cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information shared during a session, particularly if communicated via third-party platforms.  

Your information will be used to provide the services, deliver the products requested, or inform you of potential offerings/ discounts. Client files and information will be automatically removed if services are not renewed within one year.

If I become aware of data breaches of client data, whether on this or any of the third-party platforms on which I perform services, I will immediately notify my customers. 

If you request that your information be deleted, your request will be fulfilled within 48 hours of a message acknowledging your request.

7.2 Legal Disclosure: To the extent the law permits I will maintain confidentiality of any statements made by you. Information or personal statements will only be disclosed when required by the law.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or misrepresent your circumstances.
• Use my Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm the Company, employees, or other users.
• Attempt to disrupt the operation of our Services.
• Attempt to receive fraudulent refunds for services received.

I reserve the right to deny services to anyone who violates the above abusive behaviors or if it is believed they are impaired by alcohol or other mentally altering substances. 

I reserve the right to modify these Terms or our Services at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9.2 Modification to Services.

 I reserve the right to modify, adopt new, or discontinue services at any time. If the client no longer sees a service or they wish to purchase not currently offered they may contact Marie Knight for customized services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania and the United States of America.
